Please find attached your Official 80" Anniversary GOL invitation being held this year.
We will start the celebration off with a Meet and Greet on Friday, November 25 at 427 Squadron Lines and finish with a big Gala being held at 450 Sqn on Saturday, November 26.
All the details can be found in the attached poster for the event and below for ordering tickets.
A big surprise for this year's 80th Anniversary is the actual tickets will be a keepsake to cherish for many years to come.
Purchasing tickets for the Gathering of Lions:
- 1. Send an email to Christian.Mycroft@forces.gc.ca with the following information:
- a. Subject: GOL2022
- b. Number of tickets needed
- c. Names of guest for each ticket and their affiliation to the event (Current Member, Previous member, Spouse, Honoured Guest, Civilian employee/contractor, etc.)
- d. And the name of the person who will be sending the e-transfer so the payment can be matched up to your ticket.
- 2. You will receive a confirmation email with the total amount owed and instructions on how to make the payment via e-fransfer.
- 3. Your e-transfer receipt is confirmation your tickets are secured.
- 4. Tickets will be available for pickup at the 427 FDO on Nov 16, 2022 until the event and then at the door of the Gala on the 26,
